Approximately fourteen hundred laborers who make the Kellogg Company’s cereals — including Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran, Froot Loops, Corn Flakes, and Frosted Flakes — strolled off the work on Tuesday, October 5, as their five-year contract terminated. The striking shops are in Battle Creek, Michigan (the organization’s old neighborhood and site of its central command), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Memphis, Tennessee, and Omaha, Nebraska.
